                                                         Wait for Dark                           by Kiersten Modglin Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this Audiobook  through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  The Ashley's have created a life for themselves and they are happy, but someone knows the secrets of their pasts and if she doesn't get what she wants.....look out.! I was excited for this one, as I have enjoyed some previous novels from this author before.  An interesting premise and an enjoyable enough read, but not enough to really wow me. Some twists and turns thrown in there but I feel this one was not as exciting as some of her others, and the ending was a little disappointing. I rate this Audiobook 3...

                                       Ward D                          by Freida McFadden Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this Audiobook  through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  Freida's books are always just an automatic read for me so I was excited to get my hands on this new one. Amy has to spend the night on Ward D, a mental health unit.  She's dreading it and I couldnt really blame her.   As the night progresses she becomes more and uneasy with what is going on.                               The Family Secret                         by Kiersten Modglin Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this Audiobook  through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  I felt this one fell a little flat.  I have enjoyed some of Kiersten's books in the past but some of her latest ones haven't quite hit the mark. I did finish this one, but I wasn't as invested in it as I would have liked.  There wasn't anything overly "thrilling" and no spectacular twist to finish it off.  The best I can do is rate this one  3  ⭐⭐⭐  stars.   The narration was ok but only just passable as well. #TheFamilySecret #NetGalley Currently Reading   Get your own email signature

                              The Holiday Home                              by Daniel Hurst Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this Audiobook  through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  Two couples, two children, a weekend away in a luxury holiday home.  What could possibly go wrong? Kim and Nicola, best friends for years, their husbands not that fond of each other.  Who's being honest and who has lies they don't want getting out? This was a quick and enjoyable read, kept my interest and kept me gussing!                               The Doctor's Wife                               by Daniel Hurst Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this Audiobook  through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  I really enjoyed this one, got through it in just a day.  Told from a dual point of view from Drew and Fern, husband and wife.  Drew is the new doctor in the small town they have moved to. Away from the city life to make a fresh start and allow for more time away from Drew's busy schedule.  Or so the lie goes.  But Fern has her own secrets too which will continue to be revealed as the story twists and turns to its final end.                                    Let Me In                           by Claire McGowan Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this E book through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  Helen and George leave behind their old lives in London for a remote house in a small village.   As renovations begin and creepy discoveries are made, Helen starts investigating the history of the house.  She makes some scary discoveries, but what are her secrets and what does she have to hide? This was my first book by this author and it wont be my last.  This held my interest the whole time, eager to know how the story was going to come together.  Many revelations and twists along the way.  I definately enjoyed this one!                              The Silent Bride                           by Shalini Boland Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this E book through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  Shalini Boland has been one of my favourite authors, so was excited for his new instalment. Seth and Alice are set to marry, but as Alice walks down the aisle and Seth turns to greet her, Alice's world falls apart.  That is not her Seth.  Where is he and what has happened to him, and why has all traces of him disappeared. Why is she the only one that can see the problem?   With many twits and turns along the way, I thought I had figured out the twist as I got close to the end, but nope, Shalini threw another twist in there to finish it off on a high.  Definately enjoyed this one.                            The Stay-at-Home Mother                           by Nicole Trope Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this E book through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  I have read a few books from this author before and they have all been 4-5 star reads for me, and this one, once again, did not disappoint. Switching between two differnt POV's of Andrea and Gabby we are taken through the stories of their lives. Now living as neighbours, but both have secrets they are hiding from one another. Andrea is heavily pregnant with her second child and totally exhausted.  Gabby just wants to help, but she is facing several problems of her own. We are introduced to Eve who has rececntly had her first child, a Son.  However she is terrified of what happened in her past to her baby brother and fears that history could repeat itself with her son Kai.  We then have Eve's mother and her best friend, both keeping secrets from that dreaded day when Eve was just a child.                          The Daughter in Law                          by Shalini Boland Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a free copy of this Audiobook through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.  Shalini is one of my favourite authors, I have read several of her books in the past and they are always 4/5 star reads!   This one does certainly not disappoint.  Seb and Caroline meet online and begin a relationship.  Seb decides to fly to Australia to meet Caroline in person.  They end up getting married and then moving back to the UK. I have read a couple of books from this author before and have enjoyed them and this one did not disappoint. Grace is shocked to find her husband Dominic having an affair in their backyard cabin. She needs time to think what she is going to do about this, but how far will she go to get revenge and what secrets is she holding onto from the past?                              A Man Called Ove                            by Fredrik Backman Wow. what an amazing story.  This is totally different to the genre of book that I usually go for.  But I absolutly loved this story. Following Ove through events that have happened in his life and with the current day, I could not put this one down.  Such a heartwarming read. 5 Stars!                           Little Did She Know                              by Willow Rose Firstly, I am thankful for the opportunity to have received a copy of this Ebook through Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.   I did end up enjoying this book, although to be honest the begining is a little confusing, the way it switches between characters and time frames without giving any kind of indication as to who and what is being referenced.  It becomes clear after a few chapters though however and I got through this one quickly.  I liked the fact the chapters were short and quick and the story progressed well with some twists and turns in there.
